I have just upgraded the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com) to a much more simple and easy to use system.
First time users will find that registering within the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com) is fast and simple. Creating Trouble Tickets is even easier than before. There is a new KnowledgeBase within the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com) which users are encouraged to utilize prior to submitting a Trouble Ticket.
To access the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com), users can click on the Support link from www.panyagua.com (http://www.panyagua.com) or directly access the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com) at http://helpdesk.panyauga.com.
Reminder: Any issues regarding your hosting account with Pan y Agua Hosting should be directed to the Helpdesk (http://helpdesk.panyagua.com). These forums are for friendly help and assistance from other Pan y Agua customers/users or visitors.
