We recently exerienced a long outage with an unreachable server for about 14 hours starting at 10pm last night(20 March 2006).
After several calls back and forth between our Hosting Provider and the Datacenter in Fremont, it has been determined that someone accessed our server and cabinet who was not authorized. That person disconnected our ethernet cable and reconnected it into the wrong port.
Our Hosting Provider is invetigating with the Datacenter to review the logs and find out exactly accessed the cabinet which our server is located in.
My appologies for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
All services and websites should be functioning properly.
