DoS Attack

Hello everyone,

This morning around 10am our network came under another dos attack. Our provider has been working with Hurricane Electrics to track down attack.

It is currently 2pm and our server seems to be reachable via pop3, http, and ftp with no problems.

I spoke to our Colocation Provider this morning and received an update about the recent DoS attacks.

The user which was causing the attacks was on our network. That user has been suspended and charged $1000.

Our Colocation Provider is cracking down on this problem as best as they can.
